RODEN Engineering Office Ltd. carries out its design work based on an integrated management system that meets the requirements of MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 and MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015 standards, as well as the NATO AQAP 2110:2016 normative document.
The ISO 9001 Quality Management System introduced in 1999 and the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System introduced in 2011 enhance efficiency in planning, promote environmentally conscious thinking, and ensure traceability in processes, all of which contribute to the utmost satisfaction of clients. Based on the AQAP certification obtained in 2014, we received NATO Supplier Qualification from the Ministry of Defense in June 2015. Additionally, our site security certification enables our company to handle higher-level certified National, EU, and NATO documents.
Operating standardized management systems provides a significant advantage in collaboration with subcontractors and main contractors on larger projects.

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The Integrated Management System (IIR) established within the operations of RODEN Engineering Office Ltd. aims to create, operate, regularly review, modify, and improve an integrated management system based on international standards such as MSZ EN ISO 9001, NATO AQAP 2110, and MSZ EN ISO 14001 – mandatory for all employees of the company. By operating the system, we also support the reliable and documented quality of services offered, adherence to delivery deadlines, continuous customer satisfaction, and the economical, organized operation of the company. Additionally, beyond the aforementioned, the system establishes the framework and rules for the environmentally conscious activities of RODEN Engineering Office Ltd. and its employees.
The foundational document of RODEN Engineering Office Ltd.‘s Integrated Management System (IIR) is the Integrated Management Manual, along with its military supplement.
It contains the company’s management position, the structure and organization of the implemented management system within the company, and the most important requirements for its operation. It includes and presents all the organizational, organizational, and management principles that need to be applied to operate this system.
The manual records the tasks, authorities, and responsibilities of the individuals responsible for operating the system. The Integrated Management Leader, who is also one of the company’s executive directors, is responsible for operating the company’s integrated management system.
